Russell Plumbing and Air Conditioning

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an "old time", "small town" experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, "wholesome", "warm", and "trustworthy" come to mind.

Josh was absolutely amazing! We contacted Russell Plumbing after another company tried to hijack and overcharge us. Less than an hour after calling Russell, Josh came over immediately and thoroughly checked and repaired our unit. He explained everything to us in detail and was so down to earth. I would and WILL recommend this company to everyone. We’ll definitely use their services again!

Went on ANGI and asked for help and they were the first to respond. Super fast excellent service. Came out on a blistering hot day to fix my A/C. Dog friendly repairman Josh.
