Matco Heat & Air

They were out 4 times and couldn’t stop a leak, but wanted to charge me $99 each time they came out even though I already paid to fix it the first time. Last time they said I need to have them clean my coils (to cost me $400). Had a trusted air conditioning friend come look at it, he said the coils are perfectly fine. Fixed it no problem. Save your money they just guess and charge you for it. Service: Repair HVAC

Five stars really isn't enough for these guys. My mom passed away Sunday and a friend of the family uses Matco as a subcontract for his home construction business. They heard my parent's a/c wasn't cooling and the same day they showed up at the house accessed the issue and called our family friend. Our friend (heaven sent) gave them the go ahead to replace the whole unit. They guys arrived the next afternoon around 5:30 and were at the house until almost 10pm putting in a whole new unit. The guys were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Matco as they went out of their way to help someone in need. The actions of these guys and our family friend brought tears to my dad's eyes as he didn't think he wouod ever be able to get his a/c replaced. Thank you, Matco!!!
