Hot water heater went out on Thanksgiving. Called the plumber, plumber said it was an electrical issue. He suggested Mr. Electric. And I’m so glad he did. I really love how professional this company is. From setting the appointment, to the quality of the electricians they send out.They were on time, explained everything, and performed the work very quickly. The electrician they sent out, Phil was very nice, funny, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. Any electrical issues I have in the future I know who I’ll call. Service: General repairs

We just moved into our home and before moving in everything was working, but as soon as we move in a whole bunch of outlets stopped working. I was stressed since many were in our kitchen so I called Mr. Electric and they were able to come out same day! Chase was our technician and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was able to make the repairs needed shortly after arriving and put our minds at ease. We’ll be using him again in the future!!

The guys who came out to do work on my home were absolutely outstanding! One guy name was Ray and i don’t remember the other guy name. They were very very professional and very knowledgeable about their job. They made sure i understood every detail and always asked questions to make sure i was satisfied throughout their contract here. They gave me recommendations on what they thought would make my home safer as well, regarding electrical issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. I really really appreciate those guys and wouldn’t hesitate asking for their services again if needed. I also will be recommending them to anyone who also needs electrical work/ light fixtures installed. I’m a truly satisfied customer, thanks Mr Electric!
