Through out the whole process they were able to walk us through the paper work, how the process works with the insurance adjuster and the breakdown of all the steps for replacing our 19 year old roof. I have been living in my home for many years, and my roof was deteriorating. It was getting to the point where it was not presentable, and I had to get new roofing installed. A friend of mine recommended that I get in touch with this service, so I took her recommendation and gave them a call. I spoke with the receptionist, and told her how unhappy I was with the way my roofing looked, and I wanted somebody to be sent to my house as soon as possible to start the process. They were able to send a contractor to my house the next day after we spoke on the phone. The contractors name was Mike, and he was very friendly and a diligent worker. He completed the roofing installation in about three days, and did a very thorough job in doing so. I'm happy with the way my new roofing looks, thank you so much!
