Had an after hours emergency water leak in our yard. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing and within 30-45 minutes Terry and Nathan arrived. Terry and Nathan were able to quickly identify the leak and put together a plan to repair a broken fitting. They neatly dug a 1x1” hole, repaired the leak, and left everything good as new - even with the Texas summer heat, you can’t even tell they dug a hole. Very friendly and professional, extremely responsive. Prices are a little high, but understandable for an after hours emergency repair. Military friendly and provided a small discount. Very professional service from Terry and Nathan. Unfortunately they had to be out here all day, but they were able to fix the problem and honestly put us in a better situation. They had to re-route our pipe around some tree roots and debris that caused the problem in the first place. They did this quickly and I appreciate the extra steps so we don't see the problem arise in the future. 10 out of 10, would easily use them for plumbing services again!
