Our tech Cody from S.W.A.T. plumbing notified us via phone prior to his arrival and arrived shortly afterwards, was friendly and helpful and took the time to explain things to us pertaining to our service call issue. Randall Mackey was sent to my home the day after I called. My pilot light was out on a water heater & the handle in the Master Bath shower was corroded. He took care of both quickly but also let me know that because the handle was a Delta & I was replacing with Delta to call Delta at the #800 on the box. The new handle would be put on warranty & Delta would replace if anything ever failed on it. Well, they did that but are also going to reimburse me for the $61 it cost me to buy the new handle. I had to submit the photos of the corroded handle & my proof of purchase! I would not have known that. That is superb service! Services: Water heater installation, Faucet repair, Water heater repair

Oh my goodness, Johnathan was an awesome technician, he made sure all my concerns and questions were answered. He did a magnificent job on repairing my sink and toilet. He was courteous and friendly. Awesome and job well done. ???? I would recommend SWAT plumbing to family and friends.
