The compressor of my AC was burnt. This company came and replaced the compressor. In three days the new compressor was burnt again. Apparently they did not figure out the problem or didn't install it correctly. I refused to pay. Now they are trying to put a lien on my house. Be careful. Stay away from this company.

Due to a previous company who tried to scam us, Enoch gave detailed estimates for our AC compressor to be replaced, prior to coming out. (Our home/ac is under 3 yrs. old.) The Enoch tech was prepared for a much more expensive job, but gladly repaired only what was needed. Enoch's honesty saved us over $3,200. They proved to be honest, highly knowledgeable, with detailed quotes/estimates. It restored our faith that businesses with integrity still exist. This made us permanent customers. I had installed 2 hvac systems two years ago and was happy with their service and price. Two years later one compressor failed and had to be replaced. The Goodman company only has a one year warranty for labor. I went to the Team for service because they held the warranty for the compressor. They had me sign a contract for a flat rate replacement. Turns out that I ended up paying $400 an hour for labor. Beware, they have good prices on new installs but but they really put it to you if you need service.
