Alex called and said could arrive sooner than expected and 5 minutes later he was at my home. All went well and Alex found the problem to my AC not working properly and changed out the part that was needed. Very good experience, explained the problem and price was very reasonable. I am beyond pleased with the a/c repair service performed at my home today! After going 3 days without air and unsuccessful repair visits and a complete misdiagnosis of the problem by another company, I was referred to Air Systems by another customer and I called at 11 a.m. The technician arrived at my home at 2:30 p.m. on the same day as promised and by 5 p.m. my a/c was repaired! Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. They were great through the whole process and just downright pleasant do business with.
