Refined Air Cooling & Heating

Refined Air was assigned to us via our home warranty for an ongoing A/C issue after two other contractors had not worked out. Due to a previous misdiagnosis of the problem with our system, our home warranty initially denied coverage, but Refined Air was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the appeal process and eventually our claim was covered. Refined Air installed the new unit the day it was available, even though it was raining slightly throughout the time they were at our home. Their technicians were responsive and professional, and answered all of my questions. After what was altogether a terrible experience getting our system replaced, working with Refined Air was just about the only truly positive aspect of the ordeal. If anything further happens with our system, we will contract with them directly. Service: Install AC
