We would highly recommend them. We have a 2-year-old house, and of course, the builder did a sub-par job of installing some of our roof vents. After days of rain, we began to get a water spot in our closet from the leaking vent area. I called Altitude roofing to check it out, and they found not 1 but 2 vents installed poorly and cracked. Altitude not only called me back within 30 mins of my inquiry, but they also came out that evening to survey the cause.
