He was flexible with his time as I am a single teacher with very unusual time constrains. There was no question that that he would not explain to me in full detail. Thank you for the great job repairing our roof. After a recent storm we had some roof damage & water was leaking into our son’s bedroom. Matt came out and looked at the roof and after approval had the crew out within 24 hours. The crew was very professional and reviewed everything one more time to make sure any areas letting water in were identified. Then they got to fixing everything and completed the work the same day. The repair got an instant test as the next day it stormed for close to 6 hours… heavy downpours, but not a single drop in our son’s bedroom. Again thank you for the fast, professional fix to our leak. Will definitely use again for any issues or when it’s time for a complete roof replacement (it is getting old). As my AC went out I was referred to Preferred Home Services by a friend of mine and while checking on that it was noticed that the water heater needed to be replaced immediately as well.
