They sent employees at two different times to see how I needed my granite countertop cut, in order to get a new oven/stove. The first did respond with an email later, but did not answer all my questions. I never received another response from him. The second (granite person) employee who was supposed to come, sent his young assistant, who did not seem to know what he was doing. Both employees were polite and took measurements and pictures, but did not follow through with a good answer, or any plan. Scam! This company is a complete scam. I am a big supporter of small business, but what this company markets and what it delivers are two completely different things. It's a complete chaos. I was told that I can go month to month with my payments to see if I'll use your services. Now I find out that I have a contract for a year and I can't cancel it. You either mislead your customers or don't train your staff. I was also told that you get a discount when you pay $9.99 monthly fee. But instead you double charge what other companies charge + you add "other" expenses as you see it fit. ( $70 trip charge. $100 a ladder charge ect). For example. Your estimate for installing a chimney wire was $1350. When chimney companies change 1/2 if that. I received few estimates and they were around $650. Happy to share screenshots.
