Zack was the main plumber doing and overseeing the work I had done. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He wore foot covering when he entered my home and that told me he was considered and a professional. Zach in my opinion is a great employee, honest, trustworthy and he takes pride in his work. Alan the owner was very detailed in explaining what needed to be done to correct the issue. Alan, Jeremy, and their crew were fantastic when replacing the water line that runs from the main to the house after a leak was identified. They explained everything in advance, provided up-front reasonable pricing and warranty, and finished the job quickly. I called this morning for a camera inspection, wondering if I have an underground pipe leak (I don't!), expecting to get an appointment next week and even though it wasn't urgent, they were able to come out within 45 minutes! She said they make an effort to have same day appointments (nearly unheard of in any service industry, unless it's an emergency in order to charge more) so the customer isn't inconvenienced. After Martin got here and I explained my concern about what was possibly wrong, he then told me about their membership service plan and the benefits of it, camera inspection included; signing up for it was obviously a no-brainer. After the camera inspection, when he was inside checking for toilet leaks, he noticed there was a new toilet in a box in our master bedroom (when I bought it from Lowes months ago and paid for installation, the plumbers that were sent out said it was the wrong size; it was just a pain to have to haul it outside, into the car, then back out to exchange
