Elevated Roofing

We had to replace the roof due to the February 2022 hail storm. John Luttrell & his team did a fantastic job with the roof replacement. Very well organized, they completed the replacement very quickly and it looks great. We have an issue with the way our roof is constructed (dead valley?) that previous roofers were unable to address, but John's team explained their process and how the situation would be addressed. Heavy rains came later and there were no leaks at all where we used to have them after a previous vendor's roof replacement. The job was set up so all the trades were lined up to do their part and the total job was completed very quickly and it was done very professionally. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Update - After seeing my vent install gripe, ER offered to replace the vents. They came out and installed these killer solar powered units. They removed the old vents, redecked and reshingled the roof just to make me a happy customer. Their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Elevated Roofing. You won't be disappointed. They won't let you! They did an awesome job on the roof replacement, except for the part where they removed my rotary vents and didn't replace them. It was way too hot in my attic, so they came back and installed 2 non-rotor vents for no charge. Great, right! But yes, you do need to go INSIDE THE HOUSE to figure out where the studs are! This is what happens when you don't. It doesn't look like they did any major structural damage, so I guess it could have been worse. Mike Witte and his entire staff were professional, courteous, and communicated in a timely manner. We’ve had hail damage twice in 6 year span both times Elevated roofing handled the entire project.
