We had a hard time with another company Milestone for clearing clog drain from HVAC. They charged hefty amount but never fixed the issue. Luckily we found Trident Plumbing company. They were reasonable, knowledgeable and excellent. On time service, proven results. They removed the clog and also showed us the removed clog residue. Happy with their service. I had a leaking outdoor faucet so I called Trident Plumbing. Schuyler and Luis were the technicians who came to my house. They explained in detail what needed to be done and how much it would cost before doing the job. There was a crack in the copper pipe from a freeze last winter and the water leaked out. They finished the repair quickly and it looks great. They were very professional. I was pleased and will use them again.
Jeremias was so kind and professional. He explained to us everything very well and kept us updated on any changes that came up. He was also very fair and upfront with the pricing.
