I was lucky enough to find Nate a handful of years ago when I chose him to replace our roof, gutters and do other repairs after a major hail storm. I had only replaced one roof prior to that and let's just say that I had had a less than enjoyable experience with the roofer I chose. Nate, however, is a master of customer service as he listens to the owner's concerns, pays great attention to detail and quality, and personally oversees each phase of any project. If I found something was not quite up to par (for my standards anyway), Nate made it right as he approaches each project just like he would if the crew were working on his own home. This spring, he and his crew just completed a major restoration project inside our home. The results were in line the with quality and timeliness that we had come to expect and we are very pleased with the result. Nate is a fantastic contractor, and really enjoyable to interact with. Him and his crew are very professional and do great work. On top of that, Nate makes a point to help his community, and has donated to medical facilities and first responders to help keep us safe. He started out as our local neighborhood contractor, but has definitely become a friend.
