I can't stress enough to let people know that Mike runs the most professional and honest AC Company in Texas. After been getting crazy ridiculous high quotes from most companies, Mike gave me a deal that I couldn't let pass. He installed 2 brand new AC and heating units for my property. He went above and beyond to work with my crazy work schedule. Also we came across few obstacles while installing new units but not a single penny was increased from the quote he gave me. He even install my thermostat that wasn't part of deal!!(Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot will charge couple hundred to install those). I am grateful that I finally found someone that is looking to truly help and isn't looking to rip people off.

My A/C died while I was on vacation, so I came back to a very warm house Tuesday night. I called Mike at Frisco Air first thing Wednesday at 8am based on other reviews, he came out at 10am, and diagnosed the problems in an hour. Since the unit was 16 years old, I opted to replace the whole thing. He located a unit that afternoon, came out the next morning, and had everything cleaned up by 1pm. I normally don't like dealing with contractors, but Frisco Air made everything effortless and was very reasonably priced. The technicians were polite, efficient, and did quality work. And the billing department took care of all the warranty paperwork right away. While I don't want my second A/C to die anytime soon, it is nice to know that Frisco Air will make the repair/replacement process as smooth as possible. Service: Install AC
