My HVAC unit quit working temporarily on a Sunday night. I phoned Mike and he picked up at his home Sunday evening. He said he couldn't get out that night, but could get here first thing in the morning. Mike and his employee showed up early and determined there was no issue. *The temporary non-cooling event had to do with a power surge. Upon giving the unit a complete once-over and determining nothing was wrong, Mike didn't even charge a service-fee for coming out, which I was fully prepared to pay. Because of this exceptional experience, we'll be using Frisco Air going forward for regular servicing of our Trane Units. Give Frisco Air a call - Very nice guy and not out there to take advantage of homeowners. He just earned a new long-term client and I'll share that with my surrounding neighbors. Chris
