I worked with Ron years ago and because of the quality of service he provided in the past, I wanted to use his company again for my roof repair. His company did an excellent job and Ron is fantastic with communication, follow through, and customer service. He makes sure the customer understands every detail of the process and he checks in frequently, both in person and through text or phone to ensure everything is moving according to schedule and the customer is satisfied. Had an emergency and MCC came out right away and put a temporary fix on my roof until they could add me to their schedule in a few days. When they came to replaced my roof, the guys showed up 7am on the dot and we’re done by 6 PM. It was a very good crew, nice guys. They took all the trash, there were no nails after the job was completed. Ron was great to work with, he kept me informed on the status throughout the day and promptly responded to my calls and text.
