Joseph and his team were wonderful. They worked with our insurance company on all the details. Allowed us to add a few things to our quote. The first salesman came out with a senior sales person / estimator with his junior, pretty straightforward, but never told me to sign anything, or what the process was like. About 2 months went by they come out again, Wrote another contract about $800 difference the same amount for an upgraded shingles they could not convey clearly why the difference with regards to the original contract with the senior estimator. still have no idea why the difference. Work was complete. However, they left materials on the side of the house never cleaned up. I asked for it to be cleaned up. It took about two months. The salesman or Junior estimator was slow to call or text or just call back , There’s expose nails, water runoff, and garbage still being found throughout the yard. I’m contacting my insurance company and having the roof respected. Service: Roof installation
