They were knowledgeable about the insurance process which helped to get a re-inspect that ultimately gave me an opportunity to get a roof that was safe and protects my investment. American Pride Roofing definitely exceeded my expectations in helping us after we were hit by massive hail storm. Tim did an excellent job in communicating with me and kept me informed throughout the process. He went the extra mile in making sure everything was completed correctly and in a timely manner. We had a our roof, windows, garage door, gutters, cover over patio and fence repaired or replaced. I would definitely use American Pride Roofing again in the future.

From beginning to end, the process was a breeze. Matt came to our house and gave us an estimate. He explained the process in detail and made sure I understood everything. He was always upfront and honest with everything and was not ‘pushy’ trying to convince me to go with this company to repair my roof. Matt actually encouraged me to finish my search with other roofing companies and to make the decision that was best for me. I went ahead and had another company give an estimate. Totally oposite of what I had experienced previously with APR. The guy was hesitant trying to set a date to come in to repair it, he couldn’t assure a final cost, and other things that was just not what I was looking for. That was just the final sign for me to stop wasting my time looking for a better company because American Pride Roofing IS the best!
