My honest experience was disappointment with Steve. We were hoping for a long lasting professional relationship. He’s actions made it clear he was not interested in working with us and his comments were uncaring. Perhaps the situation was a one of for him as he seemed like a decent man, however we paid him for his time only to have him respond unkindly when he was required to return when the job left an elderly woman unable to get out of her garage. I’m sorry but had I known this might have happened beforehand I wouldn't have called & used our precious budget dollars. We had the pleasure of working with Steve DeLeon today. He installed a heavy light fixture for us. We called him yesterday and he quickly added us into his schedule for the next day at 8:30am. Steve was very professional, responsive, and set clear expectations. He arrived on time and was very kind. He is fair and very reasonable.
