Binley Plumbing repaired an under the foundation leak. They were on time, professional, friendly and competitive. The fact that they don’t charge a service call to look at the problem and make a bid tells a lot about the company. I also used them during the winter freeze when plumbers were charging a premium. It turns out my outdoor faucet was not busted as thought and since everything was fine there was no charge, not even a service call. In my opinion that was over and above customer service.

Binley came out and fixed a slab leak. They came out before the service to help me understand the process before the repair and then came back out for the repair.
