Air Central HVAC is a professional, responsible and honest HVAC company. They were referred by our realtor estate agency when we moved to Plano/Allen area. Joe is the main person who is upfront with the issues, options to resolve those issues and quote clearly what is included. Everything is in writing. I found Joe after looking at reviews for various local HVAC businesses. I wanted to get a few quotes on a new AC unit. He had several 5 star reviews and you could tell the customer experiences were authentic. Our upstairs air conditioner was 21 years old and although still working was not working well in the TX summer heat coupled with humidity. Joe came out and did a thorough inspection of our unit, listened to our concerns, and answered all of our questions. He did not rush during the appointment and answered questions that came up after our appointment as well.
