Ricardo was nice, informative, and very professional. Friendly service, was able to schedule to schedule through the website via mobile, picked a time frame, conformed and then they called 30 mins to confirm if I still wanted someone to come. Cleaned up when he left and was pleasant to work with. Based on Ricardo’s work I will be using this company again and referring them to my neighbors.
Dawson responded as our party was starting with 21 people and no working toilets. He was extremely professional in taking care of the problem. Oh my gosh! This is highly regarded as the best professional service I've had in a long time! Nicholas was on time, he was patient. Answered my 15 thousand questions and stayed until he repaired the issue with my kitchen sink. He was super kind and my little doggie liked him too! I have decided to share this company with my neighbors because of Nicholas. Thanks Roto-Rooter! Oh and he noticed my fence gate was loose and quickly fixed it too.
