Dawson responded as our party was starting with 21 people and no working toilets. He was extremely professional in taking care of the problem. In addition, we were under warranty for a prior service and Roto-Rooter stood up to their promise and there was no charge. We have been very pleased with the service. Service: Drain cleaning
Andres was phenomenal. He truly helped us with our issue and even explained exactly how to prevent it and what went wrong. He truly makes the company a 5 out of 5 star or 10 out of 10 star company!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDRES YOU ROCK!!!!
Andres did amazing work. He made sure he understood all of the work needed, and our concerns. He worked with me to see where he could give discounts, and did a couple of minor things with no added cost. He worked diligently and tirelessly, to get my long list of work done. He worked through an unexpected snag that came up with a faulty faucet I bought from a store. He was patient, as the issue led to more work time due to the trouble-shooting, and he continued working through my list as we got him a replacement faucet, in which case he had to uninstall the faulty one and replace it with the replacement one we got. He was quick with this work and very thorough, making sure there were no leaks and that all work was done very well, and that we were happy with it. And he explained things and answered all of my questions. He explained how to care for our drains and our dishwasher. He provided his card in case anything came up that needed follow-up. Andres is very nice and professional too
