I’m a homebuilder by day and couldn’t get my own electricians to come to my own home- too busy. Can’t say how great Patrick and his boss were today! Big thank you! I asked Norrell electric to put a 30 amp dryer outlet in my garage. They did, but afterwards I discovered it was the wrong outlet to charge my Tesla (I didn't tell them what the outlet was for.) They returned and changed the outlet free of charge. 8 months later, whenever I charge my car it breaks the circuit breaker. I asked them to come look at it and they discover I needed a 50 amp outlet (again, my fault, I told them to use a 30 amp.) Norrell changed it to the proper amps and only charged me the difference between what I initially paid and what I would have paid to install the 50 amp from the beginning. Excellent service, great workmanship, and overly understanding of my electrical ignorance. Highly recommended!
