So the original repair happen Wednesday the repair didn’t even last 12 hrs, no we are completely with out AC no ETA when it will be fixed one Tech will come out and look at and another tech will come out to repair it but doesn’t know what to do to it. They don’t communicate with each other and they don’t communicate to the customer. The stated send me an email and I will respond That has not happen yet either the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Proceed very cautiously with this company. They only want the money they don’t care about customer service or there workmanship. Have reached out to have my AC checked since this company installed and most recently replaced the compressor last year 3 days put in a request to have somebody come take a look at it since it’s not blowing cold air, yet three days later no contact from the company. Just questioning if they stand behind there product and workmanship Updated 18th Aug 2023 They came out on Wednesday of this week and
