FEEL CHEATED AND EXCESSIVELY OVERCHARGED! I truly wish I had read these reviews prior. So I initially had figures within my home quoted for $2,537.38 tax included. Unfortunately, a piece that was needed for two of my ceiling fans was not sold in home depot or lowes. They did have the pieces in there warehouse. Also, two fixtures could not be hung 1. The chain wasn't long enough the 2nd. The figure did not hang as advised. So I paid for 1. Ceiling fan in seating area to be removed and placed in guest room, new chandelier one added. 2. Ceiling fan in master removed and placed in guest room, new chandelier one added. 3. Foyer figure removed and new one added. And figure in dining area was removed. I ended up paying $1,997.27. Now here is where I feel cheated! Today, 2/22/23 I had two figures hung. Everything was today..no additional work was required they merely needed hanging and was charged $916.88 FOR TWO FIGURES. My biggest mistake I have ever made for home repair is with C&B. Unless you are still covered by their warranty, you would not want to get ripped off to get their contractor to work on your home repair. I wouldn't have to tell you the details, but just present the following numbers: -- Utility fluorescent lights (two bulbs) replacement: $125.99 EACH! That's EACH! For two bulbs, that's $252! -- A closet door light switch replacement: $149. Plus there is always a $65 inspection fee (I am not surprised with that). So, a total of $502 (incl. tax) to get the above done. A while ago, I had a Mercedes dealer to replace my car battery with genuine battery from Germany. It costed LESS than three lights' repair. AVOID calling C&B if you don't want to suffer. And, just not to be shy to reject the offer before you sign. I truly regret. Service: Light fixture repair

C & B Electric and Security was the contracted company for the new build on our home. We are using them for security monitoring and had them install our home center/media center components. Our go to person is Nathan Boyd. From the very start the entire company has been nothing short of fabulous. When we had them start up our alarm system he also installed our ring doorbell for us, super quickly. Alexis in the office is super helpful and got our billing set up quickly and made it easy to understand. When Nathan came out to give us an estimate for the media center he was really patient with all our questions and gave us several options. He worked with us to make the home theater a place we love. He really knows his business and explained things as he went, as well as installing a very user friendly system. We had a small issue this past week and he was out the same day to make it all right. We enjoy visiting with him when he comes out and while we hope we don't need him for a service ne
