I had some frozen pipes from the freeze we had. I called Matt Wise with Black Tie Plumbing. He told me exactly what I needed to do to avoid having any issues as they thawed. Thank you for your advice!!
We've been requesting quotes for a recirculating pump. Not only were the representatives of "Black Tie" less professional looking than all the others, they quoted us 5 times as much for the same work. Needless to say we won't be using them.
