Dewayne was on time, very professional and explained everything completely. He did a good job. The technician and service deserve 5 stars; my only issue was price. The charge seemed steep for the work done. Service: Faucet installation
I sent Milestone to my mom's house for an electrical issue. Wayne Worthen was her tech. He was very respectful and explained her situation to me. He got her up and running and also explained all of his recommendations. He was not pushy at all. They are pricey, but I expected that from this company. I have used Milestone in the past and they have always done a fabulous job. I know they are going to do the job correctly. They explain everything upfront.
Mr. Cruz was very thorough in his assessment of my air conditioner. He checked the total system to find the problem and fixed it. He also acknowledged that my air conditioner was under warranty so he didn’t charge the service fee. Mr. Cruz was very professional and polite! Great service!
