I came home Sunday night to find that my air conditioner wasn’t working. I called Milestone on Monday morning and Perry Hicks was at my house before 11 am. He was thorough and friendly and had my air working before he left. He thoroughly explained the various options and his recommendations and had made a video showing what wasn’t working on the unit. I am so appreciative that the company was able to send someone out so quickly and would highly recommend Perry and this company based on my experience today.
