The tech was very polite and professional. But I paid more than twice the amount that it should have cost to do the job. Then was told that it was not guaranteed because of a few rocks. Well just a few days later I had to call another plumbing company out to fix it. There was apparently still a lot of hair that was in there. Well that other company fixed it and for a lot less than you guys. So you guys are charging people more than double the cost and calling it a guarantee so that’s not really a guarantee, that just double charging everyone. I will not be recommending you guys to no one at all. Service: Drain cleaning
