I am very impressed with DLI Electric. David was very responsive with setting up the appointment, asking what services were needed, and very fair with pricing. Johnathan the electrician tech, was very informative from the beginning letting me know what time he would arrive. He was punctual and was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He informed me of every step he was doing and went above and beyond to make sure it looked great. He installed our master bedroom fan and put in new vanity lights in our bathrooms. At the end of the service, I informed of him an issue we were having with our dishwasher that was not apart of the initial appointment, and he contacted David about it and was able to perform the service right then and there. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got our dishwasher up and working in no time. Johnathan was very thorough with checking what could be causing the problem, which I greatly appreciated. the strange problem, David was able to reroute his crew to come a day earlier. The two technicians, Jonathan and Micah, were great! They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They double-checked to make sure they left no debris. This company gets my highest recommendation.
