After 20 yrs I finally decided to have a ceiling fan installed to add some much-needed lighting to our family room. I ordered the fan and requested Pro installation. Professional service is exactly what I experienced. David promptly reached out to me and I explained what I wanted and sent pictures of where I needed the fan installed. We scheduled a date for the day after my order was scheduled to arrive. They came in earlier than expected so I contacted David, who set me up to have the fan installed the very next day. Jonathan called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He arrived early which was Great. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations. I will use their service again. I have already recommended them to my brother.
