EOS ELECTRIC LLC

EOS Electric LLC gave me a quote in Feb to install back up home generator. I gave them a deposit of $13,000 to order equipment with a schedule install date in May. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions for an update on the installation. No one has returned my call, texts or emails. Do not do business with this company. I believe they are a complete fraud. I have solicited a lawyer to assist with getting my hard-earned money back they stole from me. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting the state attorney general office for consumer fraud for assistance. Service: Installation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We contracted with EOS for a Generac 26KW whole-home standby generator in January 2023. We paid a 25% deposit (by check) at the time of the contract and another 50% deposit a couple of weeks later after the site survey and equipment order. EOS was responsive for the first couple of months but then went radio silent at the end of March. The have not returned phone calls, voice messages, text messages or emails for over 7 weeks now. Fortunately, we are disputing the 50% deposit with our credit card company. Generac corporate is no help and states that it is a matter between us and the dealer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
