I called EOS Electric because one of the rooms in my house was not getting power to the ceiling fan. They were quick to respond, professional, and thorough. Before I knew it, the issue was resolved and I was extremely impressed with the work quality they provided. EOS Electric LLC gave me a quote in Feb to install back up home generator. I gave them a deposit of $13,000 to order equipment with a schedule install date in May. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions for an update on the installation. No one has returned my call, texts or emails. Do not do business with this company. I believe they are a complete fraud. I have solicited a lawyer to assist with getting my hard-earned money back they stole from me. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting the state attorney general office for consumer fraud for assistance. Service: Installation
