Mike and Jason arrived EARLY (which never happens in the service industry from my experience). They identified all my concerns and had them corrected in a very timely manner. They were very professional and friendly. They also gave me cost effective suggestions on some other projects I had them evaluate. I HIGHLY recommend their service and I will most definitely be using them again in the near future.

After waiting 10 months, they finally installed our new Generac generator. Aside from the wait, they did a great job on the installation.

R.K. BASS electric faced a great demand for whole house generators after last year's Texas freeze. The supplier was having issues with getting the generator out to the installer's, which caused an issue with getting the installation to the consumer. Once the Generators came in, it took several weeks for the electrical installers to run the connects (4 months). The electrical part was completed and then there was another 3 weeks wait on the gas connection. Now I have been waiting 3.5 weeks for an inspector to inspect the gas line so the gas connection can be completed. I feel as if I am being purposely ignored by this company and all I did was request service. It's been 9 months and my project is still not complete. Service: Installation
