Highly recommend! It was difficult at 1st to locate exactly what the issue was with our AC but lockey never gave up! They worked hard to help us find the issue, offered us several options and the pros/cons of each so we fully understood what was needed. The job was well done, each person we worked with was great, took great pride in their work, and as a sweet surprise I found out they had taken a few minutes to fix my broken fence latch! I highly recommend this company. They definitely stand by all of the promises they make on their website--knowledgeable technicians, quality service. They are a trusted brand amongst our family and friends. I recently had to call them because my heater suddenly stopped working. Randy was very accommodating with getting a tech to me at a time that worked for me. They offer convenient same day service, they'll even come out on the weekends if you have an emergency issue. Caden, my technician, was very polite and professional when he came out to diagnose the heating issues. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me what was wrong, and repaired the issue.
