Scheduled an appointment with Max today to have a toilet installed between the hours of 10 & 12 also messaged him at 11 to confirm our appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW I would not recommend this business poor ethical and professional standards

We moved to Harker Heights in 2020 and I found Max‘s number online . We have since used him several times as soon as something breaks I call him up and he is prompt and helpful and makes time . When you call Max, obviously he is out there busy attending to other people in the neighborhood , but at least he will come and take care of any issue . Also he is very fair with his pricing . They were pleasant but we called to see if they could come do a free estimate on our water heater and they said yes but if there were problems it would be 250 to 275 for repairs. They showed up turned our temp up then expected 85$ cash no card for doing so and when we told him that we had just called for a free estimate he got mad and stated "Whatever I'm not playing stupid games and stomped off. Very unprofessional will never call again, I should have looked at reviews before even calling
