I called them to fix my shower and they came out in less than an hour. I was very surprised. The techs were very pleasant, the person on the phone was nice also. The faucet works great. However they had to cut through the wall to reach the plumbing. Sadly, they left me with a wall that needs to be repaired. (The last plumber I hired had to cut in the wall and left an easy access panel. utmost quality there.) It will be a while before I have this repaired because the cost of this service was expensive. I mean I already expected it to be expensive, but I didn't think I was going to have to pay more to repair where they worked. I'd hire Bud's again for non-behind the wall work, but I'd have to look else where to see if I could find a plumber who could fix a wall they cut into if it was needed. I may just find out I expect to much because the other plumber did so well. (Other plumber moved to San Antonio.) Services: Faucet installation, Shower repair

This review is well past due. Over the past five years or longer, I have used Bud's Plumbing for more than several projects at my home to include repairing a leak behind a shower wall, replacing a water heater, replacing a garbage disposal, replacing a broken faucet on the outside of my home, finding and repairing a leak to the main water line going to my home, clearing a clogged toilet and resealing a toilet. Each time, I was more than well-pleased with the professionalism, high quality, extremely prompt, well-priced services provided by Bud's Quality Plumbing. More recently, because of my trust in this company, I called Bud's Quality Plumbing to inquire if they could recommend someone to me for a non-plumbing issue. Not only did his secretary help me with this inquiry but also, Bud himself, cheerfully spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me while knowing he was helping me with something that would not bring any revenue to his business. I will definitely continue to use Bud's Q
