Fantastic experience with our tech, Matthew. Had a pipe clog that another plumber tried to clear twice and it would come back after just a couple weeks. Had Matthew from Roto-Rooter come out and he did an amazing job. He got here later in the day and it ended up being a significant clog so he was here for a while. He even ran to get a part at the store that he needed. He was not going to leave until it was completely cleared. He was super professional as well. Give Matthew a raise!
