Excellent customer service from the initial call to set up an appointment to the clear communication of the date of service. Both Spencer and Cole(I think) were amazing at their job and very understanding of how upset we are by the previous HVAC companies. We were one of the many families who fell victim of the Home Warrant Scam and Spencer and his team went above and beyond to make it right. We had a new unit installed less that 2 years ago by some company I won’t say through the HW company and they totally screwed it up. They made several unsafe and unprofessional installations for over $1000 out of our packet. We had to wait over a week to have a technician come and tell us “sorry there’s nothing I can do to fix it” and then told me we should have his company install a new unit. 1st Response noticed all the inefficiencies and immediately rectified the situation and provided a solution in a very short amount of time for a Reasonable amount of money.
