Our fan motor went out today, and the technician, Rafael, showed up promptly, was very personable and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled before he left. I had some questions after the fact, and Caleb was great about contacting me and answering all the questions I had too. He never became frustrated with me and handled everything very professionally. If you need an HVAC company or want to get scheduled for a maintenance plan, I highly recommend them. The owners are meticulous and demand nothing but the best from their employees. What a great company to work with, my neighbor recommended we use them when our system stopped blowing cold air. Rafael came out first thing in the morning and got straight to work. He found the problem failry quickly (see photo), wild stuff. He made his recommendations and then i approved the work! Attention to detail was great with shoe coverings, and took photos of needed to be addressed in the future. Professional, timely, tidy, great attitude, and respectful! Will use in the future again! Robby Dollar did an outstanding job and arrived within an hour after my call. He explained to me about what was happening and addressed my AC issue. He also checked the entire system while he was here. I would highly recommend them!
