Anchor Plumbing (Brandon Adkins) provided excellent and prompt customer service to help me replace my water softener and other miscellaneous plumbing repairs. Brandon talked through different options with me and was never once pushy about choosing one option over another. I appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness and would call on Anchor again for future plumbing repairs.

Called in early afternoon to report leaking water heater. Very professional and helpful office personnel. Less than 3 hours later licensed plumber Brandon Adkins & a newly hired licensed plumber arrived on time and began removing old water heater, having already arranged for a new one to be delivered while they were there. Whole service call, to include the new install, from beginning to end was about less than 3 hours. Plumbers very professional, worked diligently, answered my questions.
