San Antonio Plumbing Company

I wouldn't recommend San Antonio Plumbing Co. I had a toilet clogged up and used my home warranty co. Technician Jonathan came to the house and immediately said he couldn't do it and that the claim was denied. I asked why and he said I would have to call the warranty co. He said there was no clean out on the ground and it wasn't covered. I asked him if I remove the toilet would he do it. He said yes and didn't want to be liable if water came out. He charged me $360 and said no warranty. Little did I know then he tells me look there's a broken pipe. He used a camera and my ground clean out in front of my home. I never asked for a camera and was surprised he used one. He gave me two quotes one for 7K and 10K to fix it. That same day the toilet clogged up again. I called him and he said if he goes out again he will charge me. I called somebody else and they unclogged it and told me something was stuck and the toilet is working fine.

We had an exceptional experience with San Antonio plumbing, this is not the first time we’ve used them. We smelled gas around the water heater, unfortunately it needed replacing and was completed same day in a few hours. We thank Eric who came out and serviced us, he was professional and courteous and explained everything throughout the process. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Technician showed up and I attempted to explain the problem and he said ok and then looked at it and went outside and said I will be back in I'm 20 minutes. Je came back and said we would get a response in 24 to 48 hours I asked him what was going on and he said you would ger a response.Never explained until I get an email from my warranty company denying the claim but he asked for his 95 00 service call fee immediately and left. Again no explanations given about the situation as I tried to explain he ignored me the entire time Service: Faucet repair
