I recently moved about 2 1/2 hours from the China Spring area. The house I was selling was under contract when guess what? A massive hailstorm hit the Waco/China Spring area which delayed the entire sale, meaning the house sale/transaction could not be completed until the home was restored to the same or better condition as it was in before the hailstorm. I remembered a few of my friends telling me if I ever needed a new roof to reach out to Julio at JAC Roofing and Exteriors. Boy, was I glad I did!!! Not only did he replace the roof ASAP so I could close on my home, but he did it before I received the insurance check. He took it a step further and tarped the hail-damaged roof while he waited for the shingles to arrive so my buyers could move in ahead of time since they had no place to live. JAC roofing replaced the roof at my home. From the initial inspection/consultation to the completion of the job they were on time and professional. The little things you should be able to expect, but unfortunately can’t were taken care of throughout the process. They covered my pool during the job, cleaned up each day, and regularly magnetically rolled my property to make sure we did not step on or damage our tires from hidden nails.
