We had a mirror plumbing issue in the early evening the day before the July 4th holiday. My wife was able to make immediate contact and arrangements were made for emergency service. No less than 5 minutes later Aaron arrived immediately assessed the issue and made the the appropriate repairs in less than 30 minutes. The entire process took less that one hour. What a "JOKE"...Jassen did numerous little jobs around my home, and even though he wasnt here but maybe 15 minutes I paid without complaining. BUT, listen carefully, when I had a Big job half done he DISAPPEARED on me, he wouldnt return my phone calls/messages. I had an appt, but had to wait 5 weeks for him to come back and finish my kitchen and SURPRISED he couldnt show up, and this was scheduled 5 weeks ago, then I get another call, "can we reschedule for 1pm (he was suppose to come at 8am)", then less then 1 hour, "Jassen hurt his back and cant show up". 2 calls within 1 hour with lying excuses. This is unprofessional, rude, lying, refusing to even call me back after numerous messages/calls... for a businessman who works for the public...watch out !! Service: Plumbing leak detection
