When looking into replacing various equipment (the A/C, furnace, water softener and water heater) for my new home, I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt W. Matt arrived over to our scheduled appointment and spent almost an hour patiently walking me and my daughter through all of the options/alternatives given the small utility room, etc. He is obviously experienced and knowledgeable, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with. We ended up ultimately going with another company solely because of 2 extra years of labor warranty but Matt did task with us on everything and in the end it was a difficult call. Thank you Matt!
