Michael did roofing work for us many years ago. Hard to believe one person could take care of our issues. Had attic exhaust fans placed by a company, but had them return several times for leaking issues. Finally decided to get a real roofing person to fix the leaks. We thought we were calling Michael, but some roofing company came and gave us an outrageous bid for work to be done. Called Michael Tate ( right # this time)and he came out right away. He even remembered us from the last job he did for us. His bid saved us over $1000.00 from the other roofing company!!!!! Great customer service. Kind, friendly, happy, punctual, clean, responsible, and very HONEST!! He even called us the next day after service to make sure everything was ok. Who does that anymore?? Well, Michael Tate does!! He is awesome!

Michael Tate & Co. Roofing came highly recommended by my neighbors on our neighborhood Facebook page. I contacted him for a roof leak and he responded by text immediately. We set up a mutual appointment time and date of which he arrived promptly and on time. Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He repaired the leak in a reasonable timeframe and the cost of repair was affordable and fair.
