Jim and his team came in to fix my coils and went so far beyond. They discovered my duct work had been devoured by raccoons. They switched all my duct work and even dug a nest out of the ducts. They are super skilled and will go over everything step by step. So one of my two AC units was not cooling. So I called Jim never having used him in the past. It was on a Sunday, Jim's day off, yet he still made every effort to drive to Galveston to take a look at things. Within a few minute of checking the outside condenser unit, he found the issue. Once that was corrected, he checked the other unit and performed the rest of the maintenance. I really appreciate Jim's dedication to showing up on a Sunday, his thoroughness, his great knowledge of AC systems and the tools used to diagnose my issues. If you need someone to work on your system and provide good service as well as pricing (hopefully not on a Sunday) please do yourself a favor and give Jim a call.
