Not like the small companies, 314 give the customers a lot of safety. They keep their words and understand different situations. The first time Bryan came to my house for inspection he spent two hours and explain me all my questions about roofing. He always replied message with a paragraph, very detailed, with url or pdf linked all the needed information. More than that he never push me to replace my roof but give me a lot of time to decide and choose material and at the same time answer all my questions. Another best part of 314 is the high quality product they offer with fair good price.

We had an emergency, and not only was Andy kind and patient with me( I was frustrated abt having to deal with insurance), he was also very informative and explained the process and best solution for our roof. Andy took video to show us detailed damage of our roof and sat down with us to explain the possible causes. Not pushy at all, gave us time to think, but we were ready to start with him, because we saw his professionalism. Work was done right away and done right. They kept us informed all the way until job was finished. They did a phenomenal job. I couldn't have asked for better people than all of you. Thank you again for helping us with our roof.
