In the middle of the summer, hottest time of the year my A/C decided to go out. Ended up getting up to 95 in the house. Ricky came by and with his experience and knowledge repaired what needed to be done quickly. I will say the office needs help with customer service, they should text/call at least day before with a confirmation for appointment. And as promised they should call 30-45 minutes not 15 minutes when the tech is already about to arrive and I’m 45 minutes away at a temporary home so my family can enjoy A/C. I guess I look at things differently since I run a business as well.

Christian was very helpful and explained everything so that I understood what was needed. He also reached out to management to help with cost seeing as we didn't expect this issue. Very respectful and considerate. I definitely would recommend this company. Service: HVAC system repair
