Had a great experience! I called them last night and spoke with Kenny. He talked me through the issues and told me to turn off the a/c for a couple of hours as he suspected a part was freezing my air filter and needed to be changed. Extremely friendly and said if this didn't work to give him a call in the morning and he can come by and take a look at it. Kenny's suggestion worked! Problem fixed!
