The Morgan Pro Services team did an outstanding job of installing my AC system. It is a more complex system that I've used in the past and when I moved in I didn't understand how a few things worked. Tristan came out and walked through the entire system with me. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in explaining some of the more complex topics. He also setup my warranty with the vendor so all the paperwork was done in a timely manner. I'll be using these guys again in the future for some of the other services they offer. Service: Install AC

I have been hiring Morgan Air for all my HVAC needs for over 10 years when it was one truck and the owner. I love to see a business grow, but find the quality usually takes a hit as they get more employees. I am so happy to report that isn’t the case with this company. Through the years I have called several times after 10pm and they get someone out within an hour or first thing the next morning if not an emergency. I signed up last year for their service plan that includes all maintenance checks and filter replacement (media filters on mine) and it is such peace of mind. They call me to schedule it and I never have to remember to call them. Ivan and Marcus just left a maintenance check filter change appointment and I could hear them in the attic discussing all aspects of my units and making sure everything was working as it should.
